2、Introduction 機(jī)組簡介
RYC16-750 Continuous Automatic Cutting Machine is a asistant machinery ,which can connect with thermoforming machine. It is suitable for PP, PS, PET, which is especially suitable for box or lid with lower depth, and other heterosexual products. The unit has high efficiency, high stabilityand can realize punching and shearing, stacking and counting into one machine, is a new kind of high automation equipment.
RY16-750連續(xù)式自動沖剪機(jī)是與我廠熱成型機(jī)組對接的一種新型成型周邊設(shè)備；可適用PP、PS、PET、PLA制品的沖剪。特別適用于深度較淺的方盒、蓋子等異性制品。同時，機(jī)組具有高效率、高穩(wěn)定性；該機(jī)可實(shí)現(xiàn)沖剪、堆疊、計(jì)數(shù)于一體，是一種新型高自動化設(shè)備。
3、 Machine characteristic機(jī)組特點(diǎn)
A. The cutting mechanism using slider-crank mechanism, mechanical moving at a high speed. The guide post include guide pins, which materials is quenched and tempered 45 # steel, hard chrome plating, good rigidity and accurate performance, wear resistance, helpful for increase the service life of the die cutter, die opening and closing machine adopts high precision ball guide pin, clamping precision is high.
沖切機(jī)構(gòu)采用曲柄滑塊機(jī)構(gòu)，機(jī)械式高速連動。模臺導(dǎo)向采用4導(dǎo)柱結(jié)構(gòu)，導(dǎo)柱材料45#鋼調(diào)質(zhì)，外鍍硬鉻，剛性好，導(dǎo)正性能精確，耐磨損，有助于模具剪口使用壽命，模臺開合采用高精度滾珠導(dǎo)柱套副,合模精度高。
B. The streching structure adopt servo motor control up and down, high control precision, and quick response.
拉伸結(jié)構(gòu)采用伺服電機(jī)控制升降，控制精度高，啟停響應(yīng)迅速。
C. Feeding adopt servo motor driving, high control precision, and quick response. Feeding setting set two stages to send piece length, to solve different production layout and product center to send piece of distance.
送片采用伺服電機(jī)傳動，控制精度高，啟停響應(yīng)迅速。送片設(shè)置兩段式送片長度，解決成型版面與制品中心不同送片距離。
D. Feeding and extruding use servo motor control up and down; Reduce the sheet transfer resistance, auxiliary mould cutting position. Maximum travel stoke is 120 mm.
入片端、出片端采用伺服電機(jī)控制升降；減少片材輸送阻力，輔助模具沖切定位。*升降行程可達(dá)120mm。
E. The unit closed height is adjustable and can be adapted to different closed the height of the mould, the largest stroke is 30 mm.
